Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address of your choice: home, work, etc.-never at a post office box.

Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?

The country of delivery must always coincide with the country of purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The standard delivery time is approximately 7 days for in-stock items. Out of stock to be agreed with the customer.

How long do I have to return an order?

The user will have a period of five days to return the order, counting from the date of delivery, as long as the product has not been used, has its original packaging, as well as all its original accessories etc…

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

If you choose to return the product, the consumer will only pay for the cost of collection from your home, which will always be equal to the cost of delivery of the product.

How will I receive the amount of my return?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase or by bank transfer.

When will I receive my refund?

After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days.

Remember that crediting your credit card always depends on your bank.

What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?

By contacting our sales department, we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
