1. Our commercial policy
1.1 KOLSER S.L. offers the products for sale on http://sitsil.com exclusively to end consumers who are natural persons of legal age, acting within http://sitsil.com for purposes other than those that are specific to the commercial, business or professional activities that they may carry out. If you are not a final consumer, we invite you to refrain from carrying out commercial transactions on http://sitsil.com.
1.2 KOLSER S.L. reserves the right not to process orders placed by users that differ from the above.
1.3 These Terms of Use exclusively regulate the offer, the acceptance of purchase orders and the shipment of products to the users of http://sitsil.com.
2. Types of users and how to place an order
2.1 On the website you will find information about the products and services offered and about the possibility of contracting them.
In order to be able to process orders correctly, the user must provide the data requested for this purpose and must adhere to these Terms of Use in the version published at the time of accessing the website.
The data of these users will be incorporated into a database owned by KOLSER S.L. and will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

3. Products and Prices
3.1 KOLSER S.L. reserves the right at all times to decide which products are offered via http://sitsil.com. In particular, KOLSER S.L. may at any time add or remove products from the online shop.
3.2 The essential characteristics of the products are presented by KOLSER S.L. within each product page. Despite the scrupulous care taken by KOLSER S.L. to reproduce them faithfully, the images and colours of the products offered for sale on http://sitsil.com may not, however, faithfully reflect reality, due to the specific characteristics of the Internet browser or screen used by the user.
3.4 The prices of the products on sale on http://sitsil.com are always in euros (€) and include the corresponding VAT (21%) except for countries outside the European Union. In these cases, the tax will be deducted and each customs office will charge the corresponding amount on arrival of the order. The relevant shipping costs will be added to these prices. The shipping rates will be communicated to the User before placing the order, and must be expressly accepted by the User when confirming the purchase.

4. Method of Payment
4.1 The user who purchases products on the website agrees to pay at the time he/she confirms the purchase.
4.2 Payment of the price of the products and the respective shipping costs may be made by bank card. KOLSER S.L. undertakes to use the most efficient and secure methods of current technology to transmit data and payments for each transaction. These shipments will always be encrypted through a secure server.
4.3 Within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the payment confirmation, KOLSER S.L will send the user, by e-mail, a confirmation of the purchase, including the order number. This confirmation is not valid as an invoice, but only as proof of purchase.
4.4 The invoice for the purchase order is available and can be viewed at KOLSER S.L. in the section My Account: Orders. It will also be included in the delivery package.
4.5 Credit card fraud is a criminal offence and KOLSER S.L. will prosecute anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our shop.
5. Shipping and Delivery of the products
5.1 KOLSER S.L. undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the address indicated by the user on the order form. In order to optimise deliveries, we recommend that the user indicates an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.
5.2 KOLSER S.L. shall not be liable for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.
5.3 The maximum period set for deliveries is thirty (30) days, established by default in the Law. However, the usual delivery period for KOLSER S.L. is 15 working days from the date of the order.
– These delivery times are average and, therefore, an estimate. It is therefore possible that they may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. In the event of delays in deliveries, KOLSER S.L. will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them.
– Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the user, which is materialised through the control system used by the transport company.
– In the event of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to http://sitsil.com, the user may cancel their order in accordance with the procedure described in the «Returns» section, as if it were a defective order, i.e. without assuming the costs of shipping and return. Delays in delivery will not be considered in cases where the order has been made available to the user by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the user.
– KOLSER S.L. is not responsible for possible delays that may arise in the customs of each country.
5.4 KOLSER S.L. will send an e-mail to the user informing them that the order has left the warehouse. This e-mail will also provide the delivery number and the customer service number of the transport company, so that, in the event of any incident during delivery, the user can contact the carrier to resolve it.
5.5 If at the time of delivery the user is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.
5.6 If after 7 working days from the delivery of the order the delivery has not been arranged, the user must contact KOLSER S.L. In the event that the user does not proceed in this way,
10 working days after the order has been dispatched (or after three unsuccessful delivery attempts), the order will be returned to the KOLSER S.L. warehouse and the user will be responsible for the shipping costs and the cost of returning the goods to their original destination, as well as any associated administration costs.
5.7 If it has not been possible to make the delivery due to the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In such cases, the response time of our carriers is usually between one and three weeks. In such cases, KOLSER S.L. will contact the user to decide whether to cancel the order and pay the amount paid (cost of the products and shipping costs), or whether to resend a new order, at no additional cost.
5.8 At the time of delivery, the user must check the good condition of the package with the transport company that, on behalf of KOLSER S.L, delivers the product ordered, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If subsequently, once the product has been checked, the user detects any incident such as a blow, breakage or any other damage caused by the shipment, he/she must notify KOLSER S.L. by e-mail as soon as possible in order to process the return.
6. Warranty.
6.1 Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the articles or wear and tear caused by normal use are not included in this guarantee.
7. Returns and exchanges of material.
7.1 The User shall have a period of five (5) days to return the order, counting from the date of delivery thereof. (Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, as amended by Law 47/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, as amended by Law 47/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade).

In accordance with the provisions of Art. 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the purchaser may return the goods within fourteen calendar days of receipt of the goods in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Once the User has exercised the right of return, KOLSER S.L. will return the amounts received within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) days.
Notwithstanding the above, the right of withdrawal and/or termination is excluded in those cases in which, due to the nature of the items purchased, it is impossible to do so.
7.2 The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the user, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.
7.3 For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:
– The unwanted product must be returned under the current conditions of http://sitsil.com, only in the form that KOLSER S.L. specifies.
– The unwanted product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, and must retain its original labelling and packaging.
– The unwanted product must be returned using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received to protect the product, or failing that, in a similar protective box so that the product arrives at our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
– A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package.
7.4 If the requirements of the previous point have been respected, KOLSER S.L. will proceed to pay the amount of the returned products, minus the cost of returning them. The costs that may have been generated in the customs of each country will not be reimbursed in accordance with the laws of each customs office as it is not KOLSER S.L. who charges them (which is why all items that are purchased outside the EU are exempt from VAT).
7.5 All items returned for exchange must be exchanged for products that are available on http://sitsil.com within five (5) days of receipt of the returned product.
7.6 Returns that are not carried out by the consumer within seven (7) days of receiving confirmation from KOLSER S.L. may be rejected.
7.7 Discounted products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the current return policy but no refunds will be given.
